About Josh

Hi, I’m Josh Byrd. Owner of the Byrd Real Estate Group at Keller Williams.

I  LOVE  NASHVILLE!!! I wasn’t born here but I’ve been here over eight years and it is home to me.

I grew up in Jackson, MS, went to Mississippi State University (Go Dawgs!) and then moved to Nashville in 2002 to pursue a career in music. Got pretty close, spent several years on the road and waiting tables in between. In the end, that lifestyle was not for me. I enjoyed the creativity but not the constant travel, sleeping wherever you land and eating whatever someone would feed you.

I did find that 1. I love meeting and working with new people and 2. I love Nashville. Also, I have always had a passion for architecture and building (I almost became an architect). SO… after some encouragement from friends and family, I decided to combine those passions into helping people plant roots in the city I loved by buying a home. I joined up with Keller WIlliams Green Hills and haven’t looked back!

Since then, I have helped so many people buy and sell homes and start a fresh chapter in their lives. I genuinely love what I do and I would be honored to serve you.
